As an emergency nurse and volunteer firefighter, I understand the unique challenges faced by those who work on the frontlines. I have witnessed firsthand how trauma and prolonged stress can affect even the strongest and most dedicated professionals. My practice is dedicated to supporting those who spend their lives helping others while often carrying their own struggles in silence.
