Hello, my name is Stefania Maratta, a dedicated nurse psychotherapist . My journey began as a
community nurse where I learned the importance of compassionate care. Over time I deepened my
skills and training in crisis management and emotional challenges of life to help support my patients
not only physically but emotionally as well.
MY APPROACH
I believe healing happens in a safe and trusting environment . I draw on my nursing and
psychotherapy training in order to offer holistic care that honors the connection between mind and
body. In our sessions I will listen without judgement and validate your experiences and emotions while
collaborating with you to set realistic and meaningful goals. I will also provide evidence based tools to
manage stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. With each session I work to tailor the techniques to your
unique story that you bring to ensure you are supported from the very first session.

Over the years I have witnessed how even small shifts in perspectives can create big changes in
profound healing. My greatest achievement is seeing clients reclaim their sesne of self and rediscover
hope. You don’t have to face your struggles alone. I am deeply motivated to help clients manage
conflicts and work through the struggles to help find themselves again.
